Is a Verse, a Scripture, or a Scripture Verse a Commandment?

A verse is a singular principle. Scripture is one or more verses which make up another principle. Only the Holy Spirit can bring them principles together to come up with a spiritual conclusion. And every word of God is a commandment. To do or not to do.
Matt 4:4
