In the likeness of sinful flesh

For what the LAW could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: that the RIGHTEOUSNESS of the LAW might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. - Romans 8:3-4

Therefore there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the LAW of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the LAW [of Moses] of sin and of death.
- Romans 8:1-2
The LAW can convict you of sin,
but it cannot bring you forgiveness,
justification, a right standing with God, or salvation.

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, having become a curse for us—for it is written, “CURSED IS EVERYONE WHO HANGS ON A TREE [WOOD] ”—
in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
- Galatians 3:13-14

That's a given.

But God's law was based on a presumption of innocence.

However, Satan and others were a witness of sin.

Everyone has sinned except one man.

Satan would have killed him if he could.

Satan is an ingrate and will die.
