Psalm 119:105
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Most fundamental is that 'God' himself is LIGHT. - naturally then as various passages purport,...his word, that which proceeds from 'Himself' is true,....having the light of truth, in essence and form. The spirit of truth would communicate this truth to us as 'reality', subjectively speaking, in any given context.
