I propose that we start sending cargo planes loaded with immigrants over to Vatican City. We can start with 20,000 Haitians from Springfield Ohio. As soon as we get rid of the 12 million Joe the Rapist scattered willy-nilly throughout our country, we can start basing the airplanes on the Mexican side of the border and fly them directly from there.

Because surely the silly old man in a dress would not commit a grave sin and send them away.
