Hedges True Mentality Shows re Climate

While speaking recently about climate change at a book release in the NE, Chris Hedges was a bit surprised that the audience was not quite tracking him about the costs and losses climate change was projected to produce. And why the Paris agreements would 'save' us. He began speaking in the past tense! He started saying that it was already a disaster and a catastrophe.

Given that he was, like the others, forecasting 1C increase in 50 years, he now was speaking as though this had already happened, and coastlines were already lost, at great loss of life and peril.

This illustrates the bankruptcy of the overall position; so much had been projected so far out in the future that when push came to shove in the public eye, he had to abandon illusive forecasts that would happen 50 years from now, and try to get us to believe that it was already here.

They merely want to alter 25% of the world's economy, that's all.
