What does the Torah say about the Seventh Commandment, the commandment against adultery? What is the commandment and what is the punishment for breaking it?
In recent days at my mention of the Ten Commandments, two people brought up the commandment against adultery.
What do you believe about observance and enforcement of this commandment, in general since man was created and then when the commandment was given to the nation of Israel, even to today in the United States of America? I am a citizen of the United States of America. Do you believe that the commandment is just as valid today as when it was given? I am Jewish, of Israel. Do Christians, Gentiles, or the nations observe this commandment? Do the nations other than Israel also observe the Ten Commandments? For any that do not, should they?
