God made children of Abraham!

Matt3:9

And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.

The jews,Abrahams physical descendants according to the flesh, they took pride in their ethnicity and physical relationship with Abraham, so much so, they were deceived into thinking that just because of their physical relationship with Abraham they had a special relationship with God. However they were ever so wrong, in fact Paul sets the record straight Rom 9:8

That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

God doesn't have to rely on mans physical ability to make children for Abraham, He can do it with His own innate Ability, even out of stones that He created.

So True, it's only the Children of the Promise, Abraham's Spiritual Seed, the Seed of Christ Gal. 3:16, 29 which are His Chosen People Israel.

Salvation in Christ never did have anything to with ethnicity at all.

Rom. 2:29
But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.

And all the Elect of God which make up Abraham's Seed are His Chosen Children of Jacob Ps. 105:6, a Spiritual House!

1 Pet. 2:5
Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

So yes, God has raised up a Spiritual Seed, a Spiritual Children to Abraham by and through the Person and Work of Jesus Christ Gal 3:29

Christ being the Chief Cornerstone Eph 2:20

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

And His Church, they which are His, are lively stones, He gives life through His Death 1 Pet 2:5, Now these stones are Abrahams descendants, Children, which is Israel.

Just because God can doesn't mean that he did.

Romans 9:6-8 identifies two groups within the nation of Israel.

The Spiritual Seed of Abraham is all God's Elect, the Body of Christ from all nations of the world Gal. 3:8, the only People which Christ shed His Blood for Mat. 1:21: The Israel of God Is. 45:17.


Heb. 2:14-16

14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

16 For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham.


The Children that are partakers of flesh and blood in v. 14 are the same which were chosen in Christ and predestinated to the adoption of Children Eph. 1:4-5 before the foundation of the World. The ones Christ died for, those whose sins He took upon Himself Eph. 1:7; Heb. 2:16: His Church He gave His Life for Eph. 5:25; 2 Cor. 5:21, and of which He is the Chief Cornerstone Eph. 2:20.

So those who belong to Christ, the Head of His Church, His Body, are Abraham's Seed, the Israel of God that was promised Salvation Is. 45:17.
