It's nice to see someone standing up against an arrogant, left-wing reporter but the error that the President Ali made was to accept the reporter's premise. His defense was to talk about his country's carbon footprint and "gigatons of carbon" in his country's rain forest. There simply is no climate crisis and no one needs to be concerned about their carbon footprint or how many tons of carbon they can sequester in a rain forest. It's a political scam designed to give those in power more power and to bring down western civilization and to keep the needy in need. President Ali's response could have been worse, to be sure, but it could also have been so much better.
