One or both of the men apprehended by police were found to be infected with scabies, a contagious skin infestation caused by a microscopic parasite that burrows beneath skin. The arresting officers were exposed to the mites, according to police reports.

Because the two men were found to be suffering from a health condition, their identities are protected by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, known as HIPAA, officials said.

Where do you think that these sexually confused men contracted the diseases that are common amongst homosexuals?

"The closet" (i.e. the bedroom).

Granted, I know that Libertarians don't want to see the immoral behavior that they defend, but the STD's that are contracted by homosexuals is not due to the location, but by the act itself.

The cops in the article went to the same Catholic hospital (to be checked and treated for scabies) that just got sued for refusing to perform transgender surgery.

I wonder how that lawsuit turned out.

What makes you think crazy behavior like this is in any way typical of gays ? It isn't ! And lots of straight people have done similar crazy things in public , such as having sex in public
etc .
Don't use isolated examples of bizarre behavior among gays as an excuse to label all of them as being dangerous freaks !

Two men caught performing sex act in busy Newcastle shopping centre

Two men were caught performing a sex act in a busy shopping centre.

Thomas Smurthwaite and Marc Stamp were caught engaging in the sex act in front of the urinals in the mens’ toilets in Eldon Garden, in Newcastle city centre.

A court heard the pair were spotted by the horrified manager of the centre at around 6pm in the evening.

The police were called and Smurthwaite, 23, of Stanley, and Stamp, 33, of Coulby Newham, in Middlesbrough, were interrupted and arrested.

Both men have been fined after pleading guilty to one charge each of engaging in sexual activity in a public lavatory at Newcastle Magistrates’ Court.

Lee Poppett, prosecuting, said the offence happened on Newcastle’s traditional late-night shopping day on Thursday, January 12, when there was a chance children could have walked in.

He said: ‘It’s blatant behaviour at 6pm in the evening. It’s in full view of the main area of the mens’ lavatories, in front of the urinals. It’s not an allegation that was contained in a cubicle.’

Mr Poppett added: ‘At around 6pm, a witness who is employed as a manager at Eldon Garden say he observed Smurthwaite walking into the male toilets on the ground-floor.

‘He says there has been suspicious activity by Smurthwaite in the past and he waits outside the toilets for a moment or two before entering.

‘He saw Smurthwaite and Stamp about a foot away from each other.’

Its actually pretty common behavior for gay males, they love public toilets and parks and rest stops for sex.

When straight people do it, it's for the thrill. They aren't making a statement, because heterosexuality is the general population.

But gays aren't just doing it for the thrill- they are doing it to be offensive and rub it in people's faces.

What the liberals have done is rally homosexuals to be disproportionately proud of their sexuality and think they can get away with anything because people will blindly defend and make excuses for them.

They were made an example of just like anyone, in any circumstance, who thinks they are above the law.
