The Apostle Paul says that the Gentile believers have been made partakers of the spiritual things belonging to the Jewish believers:
Do not those spiritual things include the inheritance which all members of the Body of Christ enjoy, the same inheritance of which Paul mentions in the following verse?:
Paul was given that commission at a time when only Jewish believers had been sanctified in Christ Jesus so both the Jewish believers and the Gentile believers shared the same inheritance spoken of by Paul in the following verses:
What inheritance does Paul speak of here, an inheritance that was shared by the Jewish believers and the Gentile believers?
Thanks!
"It hath pleased them verily; and their debtors they are. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is also to minister unto them in carnal things" (Ro.15:27).
Do not those spiritual things include the inheritance which all members of the Body of Christ enjoy, the same inheritance of which Paul mentions in the following verse?:
"To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me" (Acts 26:18).
Paul was given that commission at a time when only Jewish believers had been sanctified in Christ Jesus so both the Jewish believers and the Gentile believers shared the same inheritance spoken of by Paul in the following verses:
"In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory" (Eph.1:13-14).
What inheritance does Paul speak of here, an inheritance that was shared by the Jewish believers and the Gentile believers?
Thanks!
