xxx The flesh is your outer person where feelings and emotions live. You have an inner man which is your spirit and soul. So you have an inner man, and an outer person. Your spirit is the mind of your inner man, and your soul is the body of your inner man. Your soul is where your affections come from, sadness, joy, compassion. Your outer person, is where your emotions are. Emotions or passions over take your being with strong feelings that are uncontrollable. when it talks about your flesh most of the time it is talking about your emotions. Your emotions control what you do in the flesh. That is why is tells us to crucify our flesh. Let the Word of God control your flesh. And you will be born again to the Spirit.

xxx Flesh is your outer person where your emotions(passions) dwell in you. Your inner man is your spirit and soul. Your spirit is the mind of your inner man, and your soul is the body of your inner man where your affections come from. Affections have no desire with them, whether it be joy, sadness, or compassion there is no desire to do anything about them. Your outer person is very strong feelings or emotions that you cant control, you have to give into them. One needs the Holy Spirit(verses) for power over their outer person. All the verses that comes to mind while one is in the meat understanding is for purging their minds of carnality. And crucifying their emotions and feelings that are contrary to any of the verses that comes to their mind.

James 1:4

xxx Emotions or passions are unclean spirits. They enfluence us by very strong feelings. They agree with the devil. They are part of our outer person. Our inner man is our spirit and soul. Our spirit is the mind of our inner man, and our soul is the body of our inner man. Our outer person is where the unclean spirits live and the devil and our guardian angel. Our guardian angel gives us the right thoughts and the devil gives us the wrong thoughts. We need the Holy Spirit(verses) to discern who is who. Unclean spirits only torment us when we are not feeding them. when we are giving into them or feeding them they dont torment us they make us feel good because we are feeding them. And they get stronger and stronger. Until they control us.

Those parts are: mind, will, emotions, and desires. This is what makes "us", us. The soul is feminine in nature in that it will reproduce whatever seed is planted in it, according to the law of sowing and reaping, we will reap.

This is why we are to plant good seeds, beginning with Christ the Spirit Seed of the Father (all seeds reproduce after their own kind and His kind was the Father who is Spirit). The soul must be empowered by a spirit, the spirit uses the soul to express itself. Either we let the Lord express His nature, the Adamic spirit of man expresses his nature, or an evil spirit we have allowed to stand in the temple will express it's nature. The choice is ours, which is why it says chose ye this day whom ye will serve, because we give our bodies as a sacrifice to be used every day, to something. Whom will we serve? Let it be the Lord. That is one of the wildest deceptions I have ever heard. The soul is the body of the inner man. The spirit is the mind of the inner man.

xxxx Your inner man consists of your spirit(the mind of your inner man) and your soul(the body of your inner man). All affections come from your soul and all decisions come from your spirit. Not all ideas but all decisions. All ideas come from the different beings in you. You get one opinion from your guardian angel. And you get one opinion from the devil. Then you choose who to agree with. But if you have the Holy Spirit He will give you a verse to show you who is who.
All your emotions dwell in your outer person (body). All emotions are unclean spirits.
