There were no drugs found in his system.

It is beyond obvious that the kid is a psychopath. We like to act they don't exist anymore, for some reason, but I think here's a bonafide case of one- if you watch the Dr. Phil thing where his dad goes on there and talks about him, and then look at his history up to that point, it makes one wonder why he was never put into a secured hospital in the first place.

But now that he's done what he's done, and because his mental state was never recorded by any doctors, he's probably going to prison. He won't get the death penalty because Florida doesn't do them anymore.
