From my understanding, the main reason why ebay won't allow the selling of teachers editions/manuals is so they won't contribute to some smuck cheating.

Sounds like eBay was erring on the side of caution and didn't want to contribute to some lazy loafer coasting his way through school. Although I can understand why some folks and HSLDA might be upset.

People need to keep in mind that Amazon.com has not allowed used booksellers to sell Solutions Manuals for a long time.
