Merrick Garland is on the hunt and he requests increased government funding for his massive efforts to track down and persecute Americans who have 'terrorized' the nation by openly opposing voter fraud. He is not very concerned about out-of-control black violence in Chicago but he is obsessed with his hatred of conservative Americans who oppose democrat crime, corruption and violence.
