The irony is that that the White House, House of representatives and the Senate can't get their act together long enough to enact any meaningful legislation in the first 150 days - which should be the "honeymoon" period of any presidency!

"Winning" isn't a Republican House healthcare bill with a 17% public approval rating and only 12 GOP members willing to defend it at town halls to their constituents - despite putting on a brave front in he Rose Garden!
