This will be an easy win for lawyers using the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms,
and just about every prisoner will sign onto this,
because of the long history of abuse of prisoners in medical experiments
excused by such programs.
Currently Canadian prisons inject all detainees with a "TB Vaccine" which
neither inoculates against TB, nor does it detect the presence of TB,
even though this is the 'official' reason for the inoculations.
Furthermore, the medical practitioners (nurses) who do the injections
have no idea of what is even in the vaccine dosages,
including dangerous and harmful additives like mercury and acidic
chemicals to 'enhance' the body's reaction to microbes.
The nurses questioned recently had no idea even whether the 'virus'
in the injections was 'live' or dead.
This brutal operation is insisted upon by nurses and guards,
even though it violates at least four statutes in the Canadian Criminal Code,
as well as the universal Medical Code of Ethics, which begins
with the concept of "Do no harm".

This action by the government constitutes an extreme violation of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. It also violates the Criminal Code of Canada, including, but not limited to, the following: (1) Forced medical treatment without consent. A violation of basic rights and freedoms. The right to refusal of medical treatment is a natural and international right, recognized for all human beings. (2) The administering of a noxious substance. Vaccines contain a variety of poisonous, harmful, and noxious substances, including carriers and non-medicinal ingredients that are of dubious value but are known to be harmful biological agents. (3) Assault, and assault bodily harm. The forced injection of harmful chemical agents is a form of assault, which can result in horrific medical illnesses and complications. (4) Assault with a weapon, aggravated assault. The needle used, and the forced confinement often used, is in fact assault with a weapon. If for instance, any ordinary citizen stabbed a police officer or government employee with a needle containing ambiguous substances, that citizen would be instantly charged with assault with a weapon, and the basic question of assault with a weapon would not be in dispute. (5) Cruel and Unusual Punishment. The emotional and psychological stress caused by forced injections on unwilling and uninformed detainees constitutes a violation of both the Charter of Rights and international law. (6) The provision of a means or system to harm inmates. This system can be abused and has been already abused in a number of ways, including the injection of harmful substances without the knowledge of inmates or even medical practitioners.
