Was there fraud? That is what we need to find out. Why? Because of illegal mishandling of ballots and counting of ballots. Maybe those were innocent mistakes, but in some courtrooms breaking the law is not an "innocent mistake" which is why an investigation is needed to determine the facts in these cases of broken laws.
