This bill has already passed one half of their legislature. Now the other half is considering it. If this passes just watch California display increasingly bizarre and loony behavior. Just think, if you're a Californian you'll have the pleasant idea of contemplating your child's teacher teaching while high on LSD, psylocybin, or even mescaline or acid. What could go wrong with that?
