Nothing? They could start the usage of HCQ as a prophylaxis and as a treatment. There are any number of supplements that greatly reduce the chance of catching any virus. Zinc, vitamin D3, quercetin, vitamin C, and several foods lower anyone's risk of being infected by viruses.

HCQ was shown to be highly effective back in 2005, and they have covered this up the entire time.
