I'm simply just tired of Americans acting like anything short of exploitative and otherwise unregulated capitalism is some evil thing.
It's not- and neither you or anybody who isn't a magnate of some sort has any real business supporting it- unless cuckoldry is your thing and you like being ripped off by your labor.
Socialism vs capitalism is a false dichotomy- both can co-exist in a system and it's not only a good idea but an inevitable future of the economy.
Stop fighting it- stop trying to say it's 'thievery' to tax the wealthy but fine to exploit the poor. It's nonsense.

I'm a landscaper who makes 11 an hour, whose lack of funds for dying of hypothermia followed by a heat stroke every year is offset only by the occasional overtime which the company hates even though it's their justification for paying so low in the first place.

The top 1 percent of taxpayers paid a 26.9 percent individual income tax rate, which is more than seven times higher than taxpayers in the bottom 50 percent (3.7 percent).
“The rich” are also punished through the phase-out of tax exemptions, deductions, and credits as their income rises.Yet, according to YOU, “the rich” are still not paying enough in taxes.

“The rich” don’t need to be taxed any higher. They and many Americans who make far less than $1 million a year already pay the vast majority of the income taxes that feed the federal leviathan. And not only do “the poor” pay little or no income taxes, they receive tax refunds from the government of money they never paid in via refundable tax credits. I think the problem is rather that the Congress spends too much money. The national debt is not $22 trillion because “the rich” haven’t been taxed enough.

Capitalism only works when personal property is protected and capitalism is limited to individuals.
Corporate capitalism is exploitative and allows the corporation to buy regulations upon eveyone except themselves.
Socialism never works.
Socialism and corporate capitalism only appear to co-exist in a system because both are working together to steal all the personal property belonging to the individuals.
