Isn't your constitution meant to apply to everyone? So regardless of their opinion on the constitution it still applies to them with all the protections (ie. freedom of religion, freedom of speech) and restrictions (ie. no sharia) associated with it.

that requires these jerks to think too much. Easier to hate someone different. Makes Nick M forget he still lives in his Mom's basement.
They are too busy trying to find all 12 articles of the Constitution that Trumpy mentioned.

For vocal conservatives they don't seem too interested in conserving their constitution and it's principles....

Only that part of the 1st amendment that applies to Bible believing Christians, the 2nd Amendment so long as it continues to be interpreted so that AR-15's can be bought for deer hunting, and they would be happier if the 4th Amendment only applied to white Christians.

It really doesn't matter whether any of us agree with the action but, what is more telling is than an entire nation has rejected islam on ideological grounds basically saying it is inconsistent with their values. Liberals can all get into a twist over the civil rights of it but, it doesn't take away from dilemma that peace loving people cannot coexist with barbaric tyranny, it is as simple as that from first glance.

No it doesn't. Perhaps you missed the very first amendment. The Constitution bans islam. Islam is not just religion, but the state law and way of life.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof

This is true but, an entire country rejecting Islam on ideological grounds just validates the fact that Islam profess' & projects a worldview that is inconsistent with the rest of the peace loving world. Even if that impression was false that is how they are being perceived, being defined by their radical barbaric followers.

Seems that some here still see Islam as a religion but, it has moved from a religious belief set to a radical fascist political movement so, does a radical fascist political movement deserve religious protection? Is a fascist political movement allowed to hide behind a religious monicker?
