A "Theologically Incorrect" View of the Fourth Beast of Daniel 7: 3-8
Daniel 7: 3-8: "And four great beasts came up from the sea, diverse one from another.
4. The first was like a lion, and had eagle's wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, and it was lifted up from the earth, and made stand upon the feet as a man, and a man's heart was given to it.
5. And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said thus unto it, Arise, devour much flesh.
6. After this I beheld, and lo another, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four heads; and dominion was given to it.
7. After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.
8. I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things."
The four beast empires of Daniel 7: 3-7 do not represent a repeat of the four pre-Cross empires seen as the statute dream of Daniel 2: 38-45, which are Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome. Why would God have Daniel repeat in Chapter Seven what was given him for Chapter Two?
The four beast empires in Daniel 7 are post-Cross empires, representing four world empires, the lion, as England, the bear as Russia or the Old Soviet Union, the leopard, as Nazi Germany and last, the fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly.
The Diverse 4th Beast dreadful and terrible. can be seen to be a combination of the three earlier beast empires, the British Empire, the Old Soviet Union and Nazi Germany. The combination of the three earlier empires making up the U.S. National Security State happened at the end of World War II.

What he is talking about is the opposition to the international ruling elite and their plan for a world government, using forms of Transformational Marxism, and recently the Islamic ISIS Jihad, which opposition is seen in an explicit form in the Brexit vote to pull England out of the European Union and the American election of Trump.
Does this populist and nationalist opposition spell the end of the power of that Fourth Beast of Daniel 7: 7, dreadful, and terrible, and exceedingly strong. Does this opposition by the forces of populism and nationalism to the New World Order run from the U.S. spell the end of the U.S. National Security State being used by the international ruling elite to form a totalitarian world government. It may mean the end of the use of the U.S. as the base for creating a totalitarian world government and perhaps an attempt to use some other nation or set of nations in the Trump era.
Could the U.S. join with Russia and England to oppose the agenda of the international financial and corporate ruling elite?
Note that Daniel 7: 8 is included above with the statement on the four beast empires. Daniel 7: 8 is about the Little Horn nation which comes up at about the time of the Fourth Beast empire, or in the time period right after the end of World War II, 1947-1948. What then will be the role of the Little Horn nation in the Trump era?
