George W. Bush should have been able to say that Saddam Hussein filled Iraq with mass graves of hundreds of thousands of people systematically murdered by his regime. And if John Kerry can not understand that moral mandate, if any other foreign leader can not understand the moral mandate to destroy a tyrannical murderous regime then America will lead the world. And John Kerry will learn that he has a lot more to understand before he can even think of leading the free world. And that's the moral argument. The moral argument is based on the shedding of innocent blood. And the mandate that creates is to liberate people inslaved by a murderous tyrant. That's the mandate.
