Quacks and rubes claim all sorts of things. Scientific studies have shown masks are ineffective against the passage of airborne covid particles, contrary to the leftist narratives which mislead people into believing the science is wrong.
Covid was developed in the Wuhan lab in China with funding from Fauci, Bill Gates, and other Americans. Of course China and compromised Americans will lie about that fact.
Fauci and the secular bozos at the CDC are now reconsidering their guidelines and amending them to again require fully vaccinated people to wear masks in public. What message does that send? That covid shots are not working so the left is falling back on masks that do not work either.

It is beyond debate that the American right has shifted from a position of respectability (e.g. in the 70s and 80s) to the veritable freak show that is today.
It used to be that Republicans argued for small government, a strong military, traditional social institutions, and relatively unbridled capitalism.
Now they embrace out-and-out lying, believe in secret pedophile rings operating out of pizzerias, elected an unqualified authoritarian demagogue as President, and are rushing needlessly into the arms of death and disease by refusing vaccination.

The people who conquered smallpox and polio are dead, right? The clowns telling us that face diapers will stop a virus in spite of all available evidence are not the same people.
Science hasn't conquered the flu or the common cold. Flu vaccines vary in effectiveness from one year to the next. The SARS2 virus is probably another virus that we're all going to have to live with. And that's fine because for most people it basically is a bad cold.

You are misrepresenting the evidence: the overall evidentiary picture is that masks have a positive impact. Calling them "face diapers" appears to be a desperate attempt to rescue the untenable position that they don't work.
