The reason why neither testified is because their testimony would prove that Trump was framed--just like he was framed when Obama's FBI employed illegal tactics to get a FISA warrant to spy on the Trump campaign.
The Democrats argued the identity of the whistleblower could not be revealed and the Republicans said then let him answer some questions while under oath and his identity would remain secret.
But the Democrats refused to do that because that testimony would reveal that the impeachment charges against Trump are nothing but a frame job.
And the Progessives on this forum are so stupid that they cannot see what is really happening!
They continue to defend Obama's FBI and they continue to support Trump's impeachment.
This proves that the Progressives really have a mental deficiency known as Trump Derangement Syndrome.
