RSR on the Origin of Trans-Neptunian Objects

This is the show from Friday September 19th, 2014

Summary:

* A Rare In-Studio Interview with Dr. Walt Brown: Real Science Radio's Bob Enyart interviews Dr. Walt Brown who presents the possible origin of the thousands of enormous Trans-Neptunian Objects. Dr. Brown is the author of one of the most popular flood models which is also the subject of the latest Real Science Radio video: The Global Flood and the Hydroplate Theory, presented by Bob Enyart.

Today's Resource: Please check out our 2014 science video...

The Global Flood and the Hydroplate Theory
Blu-ray, 2-DVD Set or HD Download

Real Science Radio co-host Bob Enyart presents the scientific evidence for Dr. Walt Brown’s model of the global flood, along with the relevant biblical material. Enyart also discusses Brown's opponents and contrasts both the vapor canopy and catastrophic plate tectonics with the hydroplate theory.

DVD Vol. 1
1. Walt Brown, Creation Leaders, and Scripture
2. Hydroplate Theory & Scientific Evidence

DVD Vol. 2
3. Hydroplates vs. Plate Tectonics
Bonus: Origin of Earth's Radioactivity

The Blu-ray disc contains all parts on one disc. And for now, save $10 with our special introductory pricing which discounts the $50 retail price to $39.99! Bob Enyart also highly recommends Dr. Walt Brown's fabulous book, In the Beginning which you can get from us here at RSR by clicking the link or calling us at 800-8Enyart (800 836-9278)!

$40 for the video downloads?! That's a bit steep, and a lot more than a Netflicks movie.

Seems like an excellent money making business plan, though, selling crank videos to true believers.

For some reason I think Of Einstein when he said one of the saddest facts He knew was that some much more brilliant minds then his spent their whole lives in the fields.

So much for give freely as you have received.

One of the best shows ever. Brown is not on a brilliant scientist he's also awesome at explaining things in simpler term (a major skill which most scientists can't do).

For those who haven read his book "In the Beginning," you're really missing out. And if you want to know the controversy surrounding the theory Bob's video is a must.

I've also mentioned this several times on this site before; the acid test for a theory is whether it makes accurate predictions about what scientific finds and discoveries will be found in the future. Nobody comes close to Brown's 20 plus accurate predictions some of which were made as long as 40 years ago.

The acid test is quantitative predictions that were different from those of the prevailing theories.

And Brown falls down badly here on his predictions.

Nope.

Predictions are predictions regardless of what anyone else says.

And malleable evolutionary claims invented after the data comes in do not count as predictions. :nono:

Nope.

And since you refuse to give examples and evidence, "nope" is sufficient refutation for your nonsense.

EXACTLY; Perfect answer

But what was that BIG word genotimic (or however you spelt it--think it's short for "going straight to hell with jet rockets") used? Quanti-aluminum? Quantose? Man, he's REALLY SMART!

Ahh, your frequent baseless accusation, even though I can't have refused since no one asked for evidence. Idiot.

But since you raise evidence, my recollection is that the first alleged proven claim is that there are pools of water under mountains. None has been found, of course.

Right again. Now that geeko-matic mentions it, I think that was the first prediction Brown made which was proven true (and like many of his others, exactly the opposite of what evolutionists/long agers expected).

They've also now discover oceans of water, 3 to 5 times the amount in the world's oceans, hundreds of miles below the surface.

Your link describes how water molecules are chemically bound into the ringwoodite mineral: such a binding of water would leave the rock dry. No oceans of water I'm afraid - you'd do better to read your links before posting.

Your linked research shows that up to 10% of a thin layer of the rock under Tibet is liquid, and of that 10% less than 1% is water under Northern Tibet.

So you have shown that some rock might be slightly damp. No pools of water at all. Well done.

Fail.

Yup. It seems that you are not desperate enough to actually read the evidence. But it seems that is something you have in common with Walt Brown - lots of claims that collapse when anyone so much as glances at the quoted evidence. (Remember - you supplied the links. Why didn't you read them?)

Creationists can't read.

:mock: Stripe struggling with his chosen report's difficult words, like '1%' and 'water'.
