As I stated in another thread your logic is juvenile.
Based on your logic we should make rape legal that way we can make it more safe and keep it out of the back alleys.
The truth is....
Murder shouldn't be legal under any circumstances.
Making abortion illegal would dramatically reduce the number of abortions (by the millions), and if a person was caught murdering a baby in a back alley they should be prosecuted just like a back alley rapist is prosecuted.
