On Drinking Water in First Budget.

California Governor Gavin Newsom proposed his first budget for the state on Friday, and it includes a tax on drinking water.

in my state, these programs are funded by local taxes, usually by users/usage

i haul my drinking water in from a local spring a few miles away

and i haul my other water (washing dishes, flushing toilet) from the boathouse in five gallon pails

had to chop ice today
