No vaccine is "perfectly safe." No medication is "perfectly safe." No surgery is "perfectly safe." Get real.

But if you won't take a vaccine because it isn't "perfectly safe," then the least you could do is be logically consistent and refuse all medications and surgeries as well, since they also aren't perfectly safe. In fact, I would recommend that for you.
